This is a simple but delicious and nutricious salad, particulary if you love yogurt and buttermilk. This can be made with only cucumbers, or with thin sliced onions or spinach added. Serves four.
2 12″ Russian or regular cucumbers, peeled and sliced 1/8 inch
1 Cup buttermilk
1/2 Cup plain yogurt
1 Tsp MSG (only if you like)
1/4 Tsp paprika
Salt and white pepper
Mix first four ingredients together and salt and pepper to taste. Spinkle with paprika and serve.
